Dear Sir,
Annual Techno-Management cum Cultural Festival: SRIJAN ‘09 of the Indian School of Mines University, Dhanbad will unfold over three days from 19th to 21st March-2009, organised by the ISMU Students Society (ISS). The event is one of the largest youth festivals in the Eastern region of the country showcasing a plethora of events, and is expected to have 1000 participants from different institutions across India apart from over 2000 students of ISMU. Buoyed by the overwhelming success of SRIJAN 2K8, we plan to host the festival on a grander scale this year, making it an even greater success. This means a plethora of cultural and technical events: competitions, workshops, lecture series, entertainment shows et al.
Robotics is the one of the most important events of SRIJAN’09. It is expected to have more than 100 teams and 400 participants from different institutions in five various robotics events. Over the years, Robotics has witnessed participation from various colleges including different IITs and NITs.
We believe that your association with SRIJAN ’09, will provide an excellent opportunity to interact with young minds, who will be visiting the campus to showcase their talents apart from an excellent platform for academia-industry interactions.
We humbly look forward to your esteemed association as the “Event Title Sponsor” for “Robotics” of SRIJAN ‘09.
As our proud associate we expect the following:
Sponsorship of Rs.75,000
or
Provide Training to winners of our robotics events.
We promise to provide you with the following benefits:-
1. Your name and logo will be included in the notices, posters and other promotional material of Srijan’09, which is sent to over 300 colleges all over India.
2. The Srijan’09 Website will feature both the name and logo.
3. You can display banners at prominent locations during Srijan’09.
4. You can offer any prize, if you so desire.
We believe that your association with Srijan’09 will prove advantageous to you in the following ways:
1. As stated before, the event witnesses participation form large number of institutes of the across India, so will provide an excellent opportunity to market your brand.
2. The event brings together people from different institutes on a single platform, hence will provide a single-stop to interact with and to increase your reach to people from different spheres of life.
3. ISMU alone has over 2000 residential students that regularly send applications, transcripts etc all around the globe. Your association will definitely help in becoming the preferred courier service.
We humbly look forward to your esteemed association with SRIJAN’09.
Thanking You.
